How Does This Work?

Our goal is to make the sales process as quick, easy, and stress-free as possible for you. There is absolutely no cost to you. The price we agree on is the price you get. You will never pay taxes, fees, or closing costs. The sales process is as easy as 1-2-3.

Step 1 - Purchase Agreement

If you received a purchase agreement in the mail, you can simply sign it and mail or email it back, or you can even take a photo of the signed agreement on your phone and email it or text it back.

Step 2 - Due Diligence

Once your purchase agreement is received, we will perform due diligence on the property. This typically consists of us checking to make sure the property has legal, driveable access, and there is not an excessive amount of floodplains, wetlands, or steep hills that limit the usability of the property. We will also schedule a phone call to verify all owners of the property and to check and see if any additional inheritance paperwork needs to be completed.

Step 3 - Closing through a Title Attorney

Once due diligence is complete, the purchase agreement will be completed and sent to an attorney to check the property deeds and title. Once the title is verified the attorney will mail you a deed to complete and mail back. Once that is complete, the transaction can be completed and you will receive funds via a check or bank wire. The closing process typically takes around 30 days unless there are any title issues to work through.
