The ultimate use of the land depends on a variety of factors - parcel size, location, wooded or cleared, utilities available, etc. The majority of our properties will be sold after we've improved them in some way (survey, clearing, water, power, driveways, etc.). A few properties may occasionally be held for long term investment or used for agricultural purposes (cattle, timber, etc.).

We are not realtors and are not associated with any real estate brokerage firm. Unlike realtors who charge a commission to advertise and sell your property, we will pay you cash for your property with no fees or commissions. 

Our offer prices are developed by looking at the market values of other parcels in the surrounding area that have sold or are for sale. Offers are then adjusted based on the unique features of the property or the area where the property is located. 

We are a real business made up of normal people just like you. We can provide contact information from people we've previously purchased property from.
